Pathetic and unethical behaviour of OYOROOMS Booking ID SQBE3715 in Nilachal House

I stayed in OYO3090 with Booking ID SQBE3715 in Nilachal House, Delhi for two days 12.12.2017 to 14.12.2017.It is highly regretted that In spite of my many requests you are not sending me GST BILL RECEIPT for the payment of Rs. 4129/- paid by me. The Bill Receipt must contain Bill/Receipt Number, date and GST amount, and Total Amount. Whreas you have sent me receipt without Number and GST and not even responding.
The room had foul smell. Linens were dirty. No breakfast was provided though promised to be complimentary. For haff a day there was no water in the washroom.
