On dated 11/09/2016 i purchased a samsung AC from patra electronics,jayshree plaza,badambadi cuttack 9,
On 2018(date not rember)it not work so i complaind puri samsung care,they changed condenser (free of cost)but they charged service charge and gas filling.its not matter again AC not work on 05/2019, same i complained puri Samsung care they changed again compressor with condenser and charged same service charge with gas filling charge.now again on10/2019 same problem ac not working.
