Not crediting full amount to My account and paid through mobiwik wallet.

I have ordered a product on an ecommerce site and paid through mobiwik wallet.They gave me a cashback.
Now when i have cancelled the product they are saying that they will adjust the cashback and give the remaining amount.
And also that cashback will expire in 2 months and that i will not be able to use more than 5 % of cashback in a single transaction.
How can i use the entire cashback in 2 months if I cannot use more than 5% of the amount at a time.
It will incur me huge loss.
