আনন্দভবন (৮৩,আর.কে.স্ট্রীট,উওরপাড়া,হুগলী) সংলগ্ন মৌসুমী ক্লাব, আনন্দভবনের Statutory Open Space এর মধ্যে জবর দখল করিয়া এবং Building bye laws Violate করিয়া গত ২৬.০৩.২০১৭ তারিখ হইতে অবৈধভাবে নিম,সুপারী, বাতাবী লেবু এবং ফুল গাছ কাটিয়া এবং পাঁচিল ভাঙিয়া মন্দির করিতেছে ৷ আনন্দভবনে বসবাসকারী লোকজন বাধা প্রদান করিতে গেলে তাদের মারধরের হুমকী দেওয়া হয় ৷ আমরা পুলিশ প্রশাসনকে এবং উওরপাড়া মিউনিসিপ্যালিটিকে জানিয়েছি ৷ উওরপাড়া মিউনিসিপ্যালিটি শুধুমাএ Stop Order দিয়া রাখিয়াছে ৷ Stop Order থাকা সত্বেও তারা কোনরকম কাজ বন্ধ না করিয়া দ্রুতগতিতে কাজ করিতেছে ৷ কিন্তু পুলিশ প্রশাশন এখন ও কোন ব্যবস্থা নেয়নি ৷ এই কাজের সংগে আমাদের আবাসনের দুজন আবাসিক (ফ্লাট নং ৩০১ মি. পাএ এবং ৩০৬ মি. সেঠিয়া)যুক্ত আছে ৷ তারা উক্ত ক্লাবের সদস্য ৷ আমরা মাননীয় বিধায়ককেও জানিয়েছি ৷ তিনি আমাদের আশ্বাস দিয়াছেন ৷ ইতিমধ্যে আমরা মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রীকে ও জানিয়েছি ৷ আমরা সুবিচারের আশায় আছি ৷
