money not refunded by e commerce company named SYBER PLACE

Dear Sir/mam
I placed an order to buy a product being sold on website of e-commerce company “Syber Place”. Order was placed against order no. # 100057341. I paid amount of Rs. 20299/- for buying that product. Company failed to deliver the product in the committed time. After several enquiries, when I did not receive any response from the company. I placed request for cancellation of order and requested for the refund of my money. I had received order cancellation confirmation via email from said company and was given an assurance that money will be refunded in 8-10 working days. That mail was received on Feb 26, 2016.i was assured that I shall be refunded money with interest of 12% for the time , my money is used by the company. After that, I have been regularly chasing company’s care team, sales representative and contact centre officials through email and phone calls. But nobody is responding on the matter and my money is being used by this fraud company. They are cheating customer like me and using their money for their own purposes. Since more than 90 days, my money is stuck with the company and nobody is responding on that. I am very much harassed and disappointed with dealing of this company. Please help me in getting my money back and take strict action against them.
