My company name is M/s Swastik Technical Services, Distt. Solan, Himachal Pradesh and we had make a deal to purchase Air borne particle counter and accessories (make-TSI) from M/s Innovative Tech Solutions Banglore. On 02.06.2018 our company had made full payment through internet banking, but instruments are not received yet, two times party person Mr. Abdul Khadir came from banglore to delhi for delivery of inst. but did not handover the instruments and delaying.Not lifting my phone calls and postpone the delivery dates. I had taken loan from bank (SBI) and my businessis also effecting due to all this. I also said that if you can not send then I will arrange person to collect instrument from banglore, then he is saying that he will deliver by him self and he is not delivering. So please help me to get my instruments. I shall always be thankful to you for this.
