GTPL broadband not giving proper service

I am using gtpl broadband for almost 2-3 months. I took plan with 60 mbps speed but getting hardly 30mbps speed. I filed complaint regarding speed which did not get resolved for almost 10-15 days but now my internet has completely stopped working and the company is denying to file complaint for this as the previous complaint (about speed) is not resolved.
Is there any logic in this??
The internet is just not working how can they resolve the speed issue??
I don’t understand how can someone be so careless??
There has to been some limit of making fool of people. Hoping for the help as soon as possible
