Non delivery of Product after 20 days on grounds of non availability

I have ordered Kurta on AJIO platform on 3rd November in Diwali Sale for which delivery date was 13th November , Then Ajio didnt ship the product until 11th SO I wrote an Email to them that how would you delivered by 13th so they asked me to relax and wait, But to my surprise product wasnt shipped until 18th So I wrote to them again and On 20th November I got an Email that your order has been cancelled on Non availabilitu But the product is clearly available with them on App / website , they are just lying calmly nad I asked over call to them this They say we cant help you, tHIS happende to me last year also
