DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RECEIVED FOR 3 TIMES FROM XIAOMI AND NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAYMENT FULL AMOUNT

Dear Sir,
Myself Vinay Prajapati, living in Vadodara has ordered Xiaomi MI WIRELESS BLUETOOTH EARPHONES2, but I have received faulty ones.Again I complaint on toll free and got new ones, then again it was faulty.Now again I have complaint it and got replaced for 3rd time, but again I got faulty earphones.All earphones that I have received has manufacturing 05/2020.The amount which I have paid to Xiaomi through online through MI APP is 2000/-Rs (GIFT CARD which I have purchased with validity till July 2022) and 1999/-Rs through CASH.Now the Customer Care is refusing to pay me 2000Rs and paying 1999 Rs as Voucher as I have paid Cash in return.But why should i bear loss of 2000 Rs.I need all my hard earned money of amount 3999Rs in cash from Xiaomi.
