Gati transport MISSING AND DAMAGED ITEMS booked by me from Kharagpur to Mumbai

1. I would like to draw your kind attention to the docket number 443646884 of Gati transport.

2. The 26 items booked by me from Kharagpur to Mumbai were received by me in damaged condition. I have made a note of 8 damaged items in the receiving note. The latches and locks of trunks were broken and my items worth Rs 18000 are missing from inside. Trunks are in a crumbled state as if they are newspapers and not made of steel. All the cartons were in open state and damage further includes broken items, damage in the base plate of refrigerator, big holes in my 2 - wheeler. I demand a compensation immediately for the lost/ damaged items. They are as listed below:-

3. I am a defence officer who has to regularly move his household goods from place A to place B. I have shifted so many times in past but this was a very bad experience I had and hence I demand an immediate compensation of the above said amount.
I can not believe how the latches of the trunks can be broken and items from inside can be stolen from such a reputed company like GATI
