This company zookr.in is completely fraud company . they sell the product which are not genuine and they deliver any matching product but not the one which customer booked . they do not have any contact number for customer to contact them .only one landline number is there which is set to the callertune saying the customer exevutive is busy . they reply to the email with same story asking for the problem .but after u reply to the problem they again reply asking u same problem . they are making fool of people .i am facing same problem .youtube video and consume complaint website is full of complaints against zookr.in .
