Magicraft Appliances - Poor quality Best cook Roti Maker, I purchased it it is not working properly.

Magicraft Appliances which runs a channel as Shop CJ has promised that Rotis can be cooked by their Roti Maker but when I purchased it it is not working properly. I have written to them several times for refunding of my Rs. 1150/- which I have spent on its purchase in the first week of July18 but they have responded that the best cook Roti Maker customer care will revert in 48 Hours but till date no one has reverted neither they have returned my money.
Invoice Number is MAGI/18-19/00257 and date of invoice is 25.06.18and the Order Number is 1023860587 and GST Number is 09BSLPM9913L1ZX.

Request consumer forum to please take strict action on the company as they are cheating the customers with False promises. Please put a penalty of at least one lacs on them and force them to refund my 1100 rupees at the earliest.
