1. The construction of the society having 3 buildings , bldg a , b & C named as vasant ganesh vishwa at bavdhan near surya datta college is still not completed since 7 to 8 years.
2. there is no security arrangement from past 7 to 8 years. there is no compound wall around the buildings. also there are no security guards.
people are living at the risk. many times the incidences of theft has occured.
3. still neither the builder nor the land owners who still have some land on their name and also sold some of the land to the builder has taken it seriously.
people have purchased the flats in vasant ganesh vishwa but till now they don't have any amenities like pucca road, water from corporation, security guards, compound wall, garden in the society, own parking area to park their vehicles even after paying for the same along with the flat purchased.
4. the slum dwellerss have literally captured the parking area and stay over their whole day and night. and more over , the slum dwellers park their vehicles in the parking area of the society where as they don't have any right to park their vehicles in the parking place which is not theirs.
5. right from a small child , men and women all come and sit in the parking areas.
6. even after telling the land owners , the issue is not solved because they themselves have the bullying behaviour and therefore the slum dwellers too bully the flat owners because they are being backed by the land owners.
7. the slum dwellers have got the connection of corporation pipeline and are using water from corporation but the people living in that complete area (dsk ranwara lane) are not still receiving water from pune corporation .
8. it has become very inconvenient for the people to live even if they are the flat owners due to bullying of slum dwellers as well as the land owners.
it's a kind request to look into the matter on the urgent basis.
