After getting repeated calls from TATA SKY to upgrade our standard box to an HD & 3D Ready Box, we did agree to it. But before going for it, we ensured on call that they had promised us to give us a one year subscription to all the HD Channels available along with our current pack with the new box for a one time payment of Rs. 1599. After the device was installed and all the HD channels were not provided, i did call the company and ensured that a complaint is registered. After verifying their call recordings they did confirm that their executive had stated ALL HD CHANNELS will be provided, but refused to give me the same. I wrote to them and asked them to provide me the same channels or to cancel my upgrade if I am not given what i have been promised or I shall go to the consumer forum with the complaint. But it has been around a week now and there is no resolution to the complaint even after giving them two more reminder emails for the same. However, after the first email, I did get a call from them stating that they can not provide the service and that they will not cancel the upgrade. I asked the executive to take the matters to an authorized person and get back to me on the same soon. But after that there have been no calls from TATA SKY on the matter.
