FRAUD BY PAYTM - I got call from PAYTM mall Cust Care. thru phone number 09062857787.

Hi sir,

Today afternoon I got call from PAYTM mall Cust Care. thru phone number 090628 57787.
They said that my registered mobile number 9490971441 with PAYTM has won a lucky prize and I need to select anyone prize amongst the four prizes. Copy of their SMS is given below.

Paytmmall.com congratulations your name have been selected for one assured gift.
1. Dell inspiron laptop 16 inch. 2.sony bravia led tv 40 inch. 3.Blue star 1.5 Ton 5 Star.
4.Apple iphone 6s plus. 5. Lg refrigerator 420 Ltr Dubble Door.for further call..(09062857787)

Later they asked me to order items worth 4000/- from PAYTM mall. I went to PAYTM mall website and selected few items worth 4202/-. They asked me details of each item I selected. Later they asked me to pay the amount thru PAYTM wallet. I opened my PAYTM app on my mobile and then they asked Me to pay to a PAYTM bank account number
I typed the bank account number and the amount plus some charges totalling Rs.4333.09 were deducted from my wallet.
Later in evening I sat on my system and came to know that this is the ongoing FRAUD.
SO I REQUEST YOU TO REVERSE THIS PAYMENT FROM THE ABOVE MENTIONED PAYTM BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER AND HELP ME OUT.
Please accept my request and do the needful so that I get my amount at the earliest . I belong to middle class family and have loans to clear.

    Reminder once again 

    I have already share of kyc on date 12.01.2020 at night after 9 Pm and morning next days on 13.01.2020 recieved a call and wants to reverse confirmation.

    Withought delay I have reverse the mail within 1 hours as a reply ..Yes I'm agree to all service and account permanently closed/delete disconect terminate.

    Also same day evening a mail recieved and wants to cancelled cheque also share with you within half an hours.

    But delay from your end as per 4 days time frame.

    So I humble requested you to that as soon as possible as same.

    Reminder once against 

    I have already send mail to all information for closed/delete disconect terminate the account but delay from your end

    Debit card of PANJAB NATIONAL BANK start 4 digit 6070.......,Closed/delete/terminate disconect as soon as possible.

    And all are record in this mobile no.9748118072 as adhar card, pan card full permanently disconnect-terminate,cancelled/closed and unlinked from data base.

        Also pls fully permanently closed/delete, disconect terminate the saving bank account no. as 9748118072

    And Wallet account as same and all records 

               So I request and I'm agree to all service of paytm Wallet bank account, saving bank account and all records and transactions history fully permanently disconect - terminate ,closed also deleted.


    NOTE:-Four days completed today but delay from your end pls as soon as possible.
