I'm a mother of a 5 year old girl child residing in hyderabad. This is to bring to your notice that i was shocked to see an image of my daughter in pepsodent advertisement published in a vernacular telugu newspaper named "SAKSHI" in the 1st page of the main paper on 01/03/2018.
Quite simply, misuse of an image,without proper permission/ copyright is incorrect for an established brand like pepsodent.
I'm attaching a copy of the advertisement, as well as a collage of my daughter.
I expect to hear from you at the earliest.
