Drunk Security Guard in the HDFC ATM

I'm a frequent visitor of this ATM, The security guard is always drunk and stinking alcohol. I've been observing since past many days he is asking for 10-20rs of tip during day time from the all users of that ATM.

Could you please look into this matter as it getting hard to step inside the ATM cabin while the security guard totally drunk, stinking and sleeping all night inside. He also has behavioral issues during day time.
