Incorrect redeemption voucher given by Payback

I have a payback card linked to an ICICI bank credit card. I wanted to redeem the points and wanted to get 2 nos of Rs. 1000 vouchers of Bigbazar. I received an evoucher. However, only one of them could be used. Writing many times to Payback did not yield any result or rectification of the error. Hence this complaint.
