Flesh of eureka forbes water purifier is not working

I have purchased Dr.Aquagaurd classic+ water purifier for Rs9490/- as per their inv NO. 5330301081 dt 21.04.2017 and agreed to pay buy back of Rs.500/- for my old unit.That time their mechanic informed that for cleaning the unit, touch and hold the centre of the LED for 10 seconds, anti-cloackwise direction of the LEDs will indicate that the process is on. But while doing so, the LEDs are not moving anti-cloackwise direction and hence I am not able to clean the unit. I have informed the matter to their person when visited my house in june and several emails have been send to their customer care centre, but they have not attended my case and not ready to take my old unit also. I informed them to take back their aquagaurd and refund my amount of Rs 9490/- and buy back amount of Rs 500/-as agreed by them at the time of purchase of new unit( since the old unit is now not in usable condition ). But till date no reply has received from them. So kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action to refund my money.
