Denied my stay in hotel booked by Agoda application.

My self Sandra and I made a booking for 14th may 2022 and my booking was confirmed.when i reached the hotel they told me that there is no more rooms.this is very pathetic service and I paid almost 1700 rupees already kindly do the refund for me.
After 2 hours of search I got a pathetic hotel atlast.because of you Agoda shame on your service
This is my second mail about this issue.i tried so many times to get support by coustomer care but there is no one for me. This is a serious issue.
And I have already done 2 mails through your application
