I was delivered a broken mug by flipkart on 12th may 2016 vide order number OD 305825028270940000. As per company policy the goods can be returnrd within 10 days . The company rep said that the return will be done . On checking the online status i was surprised to see that the refund has been rejected with the details saying that the issue has been resolved between the customer and the seller . Fraudulent statement. Please help.
