I have taken personal loan 524000 rs from bajajfinserv. While taking the loan they said that no foreclosure and part payment charges. My loan tenure is completed almost 2 years. another 3 years i have to pay EMI to complete the loan. I want to foreclose my loan now. Yesterday i went to branch and i asked that i want to close my loan. He said that i have to pay foreclosure charge 24000 rs extra.i asked that this is not applicable to loan account. he said that contact customercare. i contacted them also no use. they changed the rules on June 2016., Now every customer has to pay fore closure charges.
I need justice on this event
