With DTDC courier a Consignment( K89698740) with two Rakhis was booked at Bhubaneswar, Odhsha on 11th August 2016 for delivery at Jamshedpur,Jharkhand. We are told, it will definitely reach within two days.On enquiry,we came to know the Consignment reached Jamshedpur on 16th August, inspite of repeated request to DTDC, the consignment was not delivered.Rakhyabandhan was on 18th Sept.On 19th Sept , the consignment was handed over to the Security of the building, not to the addressee.The whole purpose of sending rakhi to the brother was lost.It took 3 days to deliver the consignment from jamshedpur to jamshedpur.Five days from Bhubaneswar to jamshedpur.Twice complaint sent to DTDC Customer care, but without any reply, the case( No:03089729) was closed on 1st Sept 2016.This is unfortunate, money gone, whole purpose of sending Rakhi to a brother gone, no reply from DTDC, the case was closed.
