By far the most pathetic product i have ever bought.

MATTRESS sagged within 1 year from both sides and now i can use it as a slide.

Customer care took 2 months to respond after multiple follow up.

Now they are asking to pay 15K so that they can replace existing mattress with a new same model.

I have paid 26K initially and now 15K more will make it 41K.
