Complaint against Snapdeal purchased a Reliable power bank, sent me a damaged power bank

Dear sir,
I have purchased a Reliable power bank order no.16090312279 from Snapdeal. They have sent me a damaged power bank and no USB cable is there inside the package. Now they are harassing me in returning my product. I have paid Rs537 a complete price of this product. Also I have made phone calls of Rs200 in informing them. Also I have wasted my bike petrol of Rs300 in finding their courier service but no one is ready in reverse delivery. Please help.
