I am a customer of your company for last years insuring my personal car. In march 2023 I faced an accident due to which front side of my car was badly damaged. I claimed for this following official procedure and have got an amount which is less than that actual bill amount. As my policy was zero balance policy I should get the full refund as per bill payment made to the concerned dealer of the vehicle. So I do hereby request you to go through the matter and reimburse the balance amount. Details of the claim are given below-

Bill amount =287566
Amount received from Oriental Insurance =263000
( Copy of bill from Pragati Motors enclosed)
I hope you will go through the matter and reimburse the balance amount.
