Complaint Against GOIBIBO for booked International Flight ticket

I have booked International Flight ticket (Round Trip) from "GOIBIBO" website. At later stage I cancelled the one way ticket & notified company for initiating the refundable amount. During the discussion I was informed that the tickets are non-refundable & therefore no money will be refunded. I directly approach to airline for seeking their confirmation. Surprisingly Airline informed me that you are eligible for refund & please contact the agent for getting the refundable money. Since last one month I have been rigorously chasing GOIBIBO to get the refundable money but not getting any response. Now i want proper compensation against the delay in refund.

I hope by complaining here will help me out of this issue.
