Complaint against Adv. Minhaz of TNE solution, Gujarat for fake and scam company and fooling the peo

I applied for a work from home job and TNE solution form Gujarat offered 17k for typing job. They sent me an agreement on my email and after reading the agreement, I did a research on the company and found its a scam so I didn't continue my work there but after a couple of days they called me to ask for penalty of INR 5000 which I denied to pay. They kept sending me messages, threatening me in the name of courts and legal actions. I'm frustrated and disturbed. This needs to stop and serious actions should be taken against such fraudulent activities.
