Complaint against 24 *7 fresh

The site 24 * 7 fresh is a new site for delivery of milk and other bakery products. I had made an order of 2500 rs for milk on 3 rd of may. The Custer care confirmed over email that the delivery will start fr 15 th may. Now it is 7 the June and still no milk delivery has started. I have asked them to refund the money but they said it cannot be done. They are now saying that the delivery will start from 20 th June and I should wait.
Can you please get my money refunded and ban these fake sites.
