Complaint about payment four times against single transaction

I started an advisory service from this company for that I committed to pay an initial amount of Rs. 2000 + service tax Rs. 300/-
I have paid 2300 on Thursday 29th Dec 2016, but due to an error the failure message showed, then I again tried. After that again failed and again tried as directed by representatives of company.
Finally I was debited by 3 transactions of Rs. 2300/- and 1 transaction of Rs. 2000/-
Hence the account of Star India was credited by Rs. 8900 instead of Rs. 2300/-

I asked about refund to executive of Star India Hemant (7312582963), He connected to account department and another senior executive. All people said me the excess amount will refund. Hemant told me it will refund by monday 2nd January 2017.

When I asked on 2nd Jan., then Hemant told it will refund by next day and Next day he said we need to adjust this amount against future payments. I refused that and asked for instant refund but he is not responding properly. Even he stopped giving me calls since last 2 days
