I had purchased time share unit with Sterling Resorts on 9th January 1992.paying for the cost of time share property and maintance charges for the periopd of 99 years of lease signed by the company with me. Now since four years I am not allowed to claim my entitlement of time share asking me to pay maintance charges again annually.My name is A.M.SHROFF(Ashok Kumar) consumer No E/1439. Kindly help me get back my right to utilise my holiday entitlement as per agreement with Sterling Resorts
