Charging Extra in the Name of Loading & Unloading by Transport

Our consignor has booked footwear goods of 19 ctn from Delhi to Bhubaneswar through TCI freight transport vide bill of Truck no - 131363805 of Rs 5202/-. When we go for withdrawal our goods from the TCI transport Bhubaneswar branch, they charged extra amount of Rs 318/- above the amount of Bill of Truck in the name of Loading and unloading, godown charges for Maintanance and giving us the money receipt for that. Such charges are not our part to bear & not a single transporter charging for such. The price charging by the transport from Delhi to Bhubaneswar was already excess in comparing with other transporters. But we ignore it. It is a part of extra earning of revenue by the transporter from the consumer.
