Bus Conductor taking fare from Muzzafarpur to Kumma(Sitamarhi) but not travel. Bus Conductor taking fare already but when they reach in Sitamarhi Bus they hold bus for 1 hours after 1 hours they sad bus will not going to kumma(sitamarhi). When I can ask to arrange for bus from sitamarhi to Kumma. They don't arrange bus for me. They couldn't return money. I will give 500 rupees for two passenger and one luggage
