Refund not reflecting Dhani one Freedom Card

I did transaction of 2016.10 on irctc on 8th Feb 2022 but the transaction failed but amount was deducted using Dhani One Freedom Card

I have been waiting for over 10 working days after the refund initiated by irctc on 9th Feb 2022 but is still not reflecting.

I have been charged late payment fees.

I called them several times there is no answer still being asked to wait.

Call is being disconnected in between conversation and no senior available to take my call.
