I have applied for a connection in nbpdcl website and pay 89 rs for that and got a temporary ca number which is 401614319. But did not got any connection or meter related to that . So after 2 month i went to nbpdcl office and applied again and got a new connection . So i dont need the previous connection now. So i submitted the application in nbpdcl subdivision office dumra, sitamarhi that kindly remove the ca number from my name befor 1 month .but still no action has been taken from the aithority .and the employees are saying that first u have to submit charges for that connection. My point is when no one calked me from office, i didnot get the meter or connection and already they wasted my 2 months delay for the same then for what reason i will pay any kind of charge.kindly help.my temporary ca number is 401614319
