Excess fare charged

Hi, Today I was charged INR 200 for the fare from Kumaa to Muzaffapur. It should hardly be INR 140. When I asked the conductor he was very rude and threatening like goons. This is happening on a daily basis and the private bus operators is increasing the fare of their own.
