I had purchased few garments from mbazar, Burdwan vide invoice memo no CM/000008564 on 8.4.2017 at 7.32 pm through cash and exchange. The bill amount was 1770.00 which was adjusted by exchange amount of Rs 890 and rest amounts by cash . The items which was purchased by me as given bellow-
1. M467915 BJM - Rs 495.00
2. M492106 AGE- Rs 295.00
3. M372196 MPC- Rs 267.75 (After discount)
4. M422857 MPJ- Rs 472.50 (After discount)
5. M477996 F BUTLER P-Rs 40.00
The bill for item no 1 made for twice, and no bill for item no-2 which I think prepared manually because the billing procedure of this mart is system generated and in this system it is quite impossible to bill twice for same no and barcode.
During paying it had not noticed and couldn't reach the mart on that day for late night when I noticed.
I have gone to the mart Today(9/4/17) along with two garments (Sl no 1 & 2) and tell the mater to the counter, but they refused to back money and pressed me to purchase things from balance.
I protest as I think it is a dishonest way to earn more which should be stopped immediately.
