HI,

We have purchased 200L Anu Solar water heater on 21st Aug 2015.
There is a water leakage from last 3 weeks. We have been calling their customer care repeatedly (Sangeetha) who told technician will be sent in a week but no one turned up. When we again called and she asked to contact Mr Jogi (Service manager). After trying his number @9986055429 several times. After discussing with him, he asked us to share the invoice details. We have sent all the details which he requested. Till now there is no response from service@anusolar.com. He is not picking the our call also.
Kindly request you to log a legal complaint and take necessary actions against this company.
