I paid a electricity bill thrice but none of my transactions were successful but later on when I checked out my transaction history two transactions were successful but for the same bill and the amount was also deducted twice for a single bill and i did not get refund for my amount deducted for that extra payment and today when i checked my freecharge account the same electricity bill was still due
but then when i paid it again the transaction was successful but the the amount deducted for prior two transactions should be refunded
the amount for the same electricity bill has been debited thrice as per my bank details

the transaction history showed the payments succeesful but the bill was still due and the amount was deducted twice the bill got succeesfully paid in
order no.-FCEA170209583439618 so the amount of rs.3240 deducted prior should be refunded!!
