Sir,
This complaint is against MSCB(Maharashtra electrical Board) in accordance to the above mentioned subject.
I have received electricity bill for Nov-16)with Rs.950.As my usage is almost same for all the month. But I don't know suddenly I am getting bills with double amount. Related to that I already interact to their call center but they haven't given waiver or justification on that.Unfourtenitely I had paid that.But Now again I have get higher amount bill. I my consumtion is max to 85 units per month.As i checked their is very blurr photo of bill on my bill which I have received.Not able to identify when previous bill & current photo has been taken.

So request you to check when the reading of Oct16 & Nov16 bill has been taken.

I want proper resolution on this.
After proper checking from your side after confirmation I will pay the bill.

Also whatever number given on bill for bill related complaint they are not receiving the call.
