High Electricity Bill given by Mahavitaran (Maharashra State Electricity distribution Co. Ltd)

The bill given by MSED Co. ltd for the month (28/8/2016 to 25/09/2016) has been given Rs. 38,280/- which is higher. No satisfied clarification received by the MSED.Tuljapur (R) BU S/DN 2631. Total units calucated for one month is 2751 units. All of sudden this bill has been increased and I have not informed. I am regular customer of MSED. Now they are telling that I have to pay this bill. Need clarification why this huge bill came in one bill?
