001546427273 is my consumer no

I am alone staying in the flat & most of the time
I am traveling.

I received the bill for Dec-16 & for that period I was away.
consumption of 339 units is impossible.

similarly I received in Jun 2016 the high bill.

Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.
It's very unbelievable to receive such a high bill.
Hope to get proper reply & action on the same.

I complained about the same in JUn & now by online registering the complaint
& also by calling the helpline toll free no.

only registration of complaint was done & no action.

If my complaint is not attended then I will be forced to knock the doors of consumers rights div.
