Videocon D2h - Various issue related account and subscribed channels

According to new TRAI rule, i have selected packages through online website which is 260 rupees per month, but videocon charges me 797 rupees per month. Already i have charged over since last three days. I have regularly tried to contact customer care, but they unable to solve my issue. And also same issue is persist in online portal. I need quick solution on this and refund my over charges.
