Package of Channels - I want to change my existing plan of Rs.600/approx to flexi pack of Rs.84/

I want to change my existing plan of Rs.600/approx to flexi pack of Rs.84/ with HD add-on HD Mega ROI of Rs.109.32 +gst on 22/12/18, but they wrongly changed it to New Gold Sports of Rs.339/+GST which have no any HD channels.
Now they are not changing it as per my requirement.They told me that I can not downgrade my package.Thats why I am not able to watch my desired channels.
Please resolve the matter asap.
