Dear sir,

I am mailed the details of my plan as per new plan to videocon last week but no response was received from there side. My existing plan new diamond plan is not working. All channels has been closed by there side, inspite of sufficient balance in my account From last 10 days, I am trying to contact videocon but there call centre no is not working at all. There website and app are also not working. Leaving on option for poor customer to avail services. Daily a portion of balance is reduced but I am not enjoying the service. Further videocon d2h not complying the TRAI option. They are forcing people to take base service pack consisting of 187 channel, an unnecessary addition to customer bill .As per latest TRAI rule, customer are free to select 100 channel of there own choice either from free or pay channel list. But doesn't not providing such option to customer. From 1 Feb to 10 Feb, my balance goes on decreasing but I was not able to enjoy the channel which I wish to watch.
