I had recharge my account on 14th Feb with rs. 300/- but my connection get stopped on 17th Feb.Several times I tried to call their customer care no. Firstly it is very hard to connect them and after connecting luckily very unsatisfied reply from them. They have no ans for what happened. Now it 19th Feb, but no service available, they replied that my complain loved and service resume by very next day. I am still waiting. I received a msg from them that recharge again your balance is zero. What package they have of cost of RS. 100 per day.

    Dear Team,
    I had payment of Rs.352/- for my Airtel mobile bill through Phonepe apps dated 09/02/2019 which is linked my SBI bank account. In that situation, my mobile operator has said they didn't receive the payment. Phonepe customer care also told me they hadn't responsible for this issue.
    So,you tell me, what am I doing right now.
    I request you to please resolved my problem as soon as possible please.
