Videocon d2h Channel are not working properly from past more than 2 years

Hello, I have 2 videocon d2h and out of that one is having a la carte but maximum channel are not working from past more than 2 years.Every after 3-4 days I face this issued.whenever I complaints to them they send some one to my home rectify the problem but after 3-4 days again some channel does not work. Previously every time whenever they use to send person and use to asked for visiting charges but after so much of complaints I informed the same to their management team. They took my set top box 3 times but could not solve the problem, for temporarily basis they had given me their demo box for few months but when they took it back and send my set top box they the problem again started. I have already paid huge money for changing set set top box and paid money without seeing the channels.Previously Srimant from Management team use to pick up my call but now from past 2 months they dont even bother to pick up my call or solve the problem , now the company is telling that the issue can not be resolved totally and I have to suffer as I am suffering from past 2 years. The management team and Videocon d2h company does not feel shame that they all are unable to solve this problem from past 2 years.I can make u to check my k all my previous mail. I believe the company and owner is not concern about customer problem and Company & his assistant Mr. Srimant is more busy to take loan from ICICI Bank. That is the reason their CEO and Srimant does not feel ashamed . Their company should start begging now for loan. Now enough of talking to them as they are not bother of laws or any authority or consumer court..
Kindly give a lesson to this kind of company else I will have to think in bigger way to give lesson to this Shameless company and it's employee.
