Please to bring in your kind attention and notice that I am a user for Reliance Big TV(Digital Tv)and my smart card no. is 200528955656 in the name of Radha Krishan.

on 27/7/2017 my digital tv stopped working.

I registered a complaint to there customer care centre and they give me the complaint no. 257935594 and assuring me that the complaint will be attend in 2 working days. from that day after my continous follow-ups through phone call / email my complaint has not been resolved till date

please look forward into this.
