This complaint is regarding my connection no.104549940, after a proper communication with Videocon D2h customer support executives regarding non broadcasting of all free to air channels mentioned in subject also after expiry of recharge, which is our national right of national, regional channels, as government is giving it's efforts but these private service providers are charging on it as paid channels and control such services also.

Monthly packs have gone above double as my pack is Super Gold which is now at 285 Rs monthly and a lot of unrequired marketing channels are continuously added after replacement of useful channels. but when I asked them to remove unnecessarily provided regional language channels, a lot of marketing channels to redesign my channels pack on a cost effective mode then they are helpless. All this is unbearable and panic now.

So please help and support in this regard and should be treated as a problem of many others as a national issue and it may be a big scam also.
