I requested to the customercare of videocon several times whom I have already paid subscription amount of
Rs.1000/- about a month ago and since then I am not able to select "Mera
wala Pack" using their website and finally I had sent list of channels that
i wanted to subscribe but I have lost all my interests due to lack luster
support inspite of number of written requests and umpteen numbers of calls.
Please help me get my refund with interests from videocon d2h and blackllist them in the market as they have been cheatin like this many consumers like me since last one & half month.
I had paid them Rs.1000/- online from my saving bank account on 17/02/2019 in my customer ID no.212617928.
Last time as provided in the TRAI guideline I complained this matter to the designated nodal Officer on their mail id but my mail bounced.
